Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork and design store. Every piece I create is crafted with intention, care, and individuality. Because many items are original or made-to-order, I’ve outlined a detailed refund and return policy below to ensure clarity and mutual respect.

Original Artwork

  • All sales of original artwork are final.
  • Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, I do not offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Please review all product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing. You're always welcome to reach out with any questions beforehand.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please refer to the "Shipping Issues & Damage" section below.

Custom Commissions & Made-to-Order Artwork

  • Custom work is non-refundable once the creative process begins.
  • A signed contract and full, non-refundable payment are required to reserve your commission slot.
  • You will be asked to approve the initial concept and a mid-point review to ensure alignment with your vision.
  • I will work with you to accommodate reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. However, full refunds will not be issued for custom pieces once creation has begun. 
  • For damage in transit, see the “Shipping Issues & Damage” section below.

Prints

  • Prints are non-refundable, except in cases of shipping damage.
  • Please review the “Shipping Issues & Damage” section for how to proceed with damaged prints.

Interior Design & Decorative Items.

  • Notify me of any damage or issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • For non-damaged returns (e.g. change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds for non-damaged returns will be processed once the item is received in its original, undamaged condition.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Shipping Issues & Damage

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
  • No refunds or replacements can be processed without photographic evidence.
  • I will cover return shipping costs if the item was damaged in transit.
  • A refund will be issued once I receive the returned item.

Depending on the situation, I will offer:

  • A full refund upon return of the item,
  • A replacement piece upon the return of the item, or
  • Credits on my website

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, unless:
  • The item has already shipped, or
  • Work has begun on a custom or made-to-order item.
